War and Terrorism in Excluded Zones
Certain geographical areas or zones may be excluded from coverage for war and terrorism risks.
Civil Commotion and Strikes
Loss or damage arising from riots, strikes, or civil unrest may not be covered under standard policies.
Damage During Non-Operational Use
Excludes incidents occurring when the aircraft is not used for its intended operational purpose.
Nuclear Risks
Damages resulting from nuclear accidents, radiation, or contamination are not covered.
Deliberate Damage
Intentional damage caused by the owner, crew, or any party involved with the aircraft is excluded.
Illegal Activities
Loss or damage occurring due to illegal activities such as smuggling or unauthorized use of the aircraft.
- If the appropriate waiver is not opted for, then the policy will not cover
- Treatment of pre-existing illnesses.
- Any treatment for illnesses/diseases within the first 30 days of the policy, unless it is an accident.
- Treatment of specified illnesses for the first year of the policy.
- Certain diseases like hernia, cataract, piles, sinusitis, etc are excluded during the first year of operation in the cover.
- Any claim arising out of or traceable to pregnancy.
- Ayurvedic, homeopathy, naturopathy or any other form of local medication.
- Alcoholism, drug abuse, and AIDS.
- Dental treatment or surgery unless it requires hospitalization.
- Cost of spectacles.
- Vaccination and inoculation.
- Cosmetic treatment.
