    Unapproved Storage Sites

    Inventory kept at locations not declared or approved in the STP schedule is not covered.

    Unauthorized Processing

    Processing operations not listed under the policy may fall outside the scope of coverage.

    Undeclared CAT Accumulation

    Accumulated catastrophic exposure beyond declared limits (earthquake, windstorm, flood) is excluded.

    Uncovered Delays

    Delays not linked to insured perils or inspections may not qualify for coverage.

    Non-Peril Losses

    Losses unrelated to physical damage—like market loss or financial loss—are not included.

    Processing Errors

    Loss from internal production mistakes not caused by insured perils is excluded.

    Unapproved Risk Transfer

    Alternative risk transfer like captive insurance is not automatically included unless structured separately.

    You can claim when goods suffer physical loss or damage during transit, storage, or processing at any insured stage. Claims also apply to CAT events, refrigeration failure, perishables deterioration, and government-ordered rejection of damaged goods.
