Foot Reflexology Services
Reflexology therapy is charged per employee and does not fall under the free wellness offerings.
Healthy Cooking / Live Kitchen Sessions
Live cooking demonstrations and healthy kitchen workshops are available only under paid wellness activities.
OHS Compliance Setup Costs
Setting up Occupational Health Centres & managing detailed compliance documentation is not included in the cover.
Industry-Specific Deep Technical Trainings
Advanced programs like hazardous materials handling & biological monitoring require pricing & are excluded.
Outdoor Adventure / Camps
External adventure activities or offsite camps are not complimentary & are billed based on group size & location.
- If the appropriate waiver is not opted for, then the policy will not cover
- Treatment of pre-existing illnesses.
- Any treatment for illnesses/diseases within the first 30 days of the policy, unless it is an accident.
- Treatment of specified illnesses for the first year of the policy.
- Certain diseases like hernia, cataract, piles, sinusitis, etc are excluded during the first year of operation in the cover.
- Any claim arising out of or traceable to pregnancy.
- Ayurvedic, homeopathy, naturopathy or any other form of local medication.
- Alcoholism, drug abuse, and AIDS.
- Dental treatment or surgery unless it requires hospitalization.
- Cost of spectacles.
- Vaccination and inoculation.
- Cosmetic treatment.

When can I Claim?
A claim under Wellness can be registered in the below circumstances:
- They need further diagnostics after a health camp (ECG, BMD, eye check).
- A doctor refers them for specialized tests after onsite check-up.
- Workplace injuries require medical attention following OHS training.
- When occupational exposure (dust, fumes, chemicals) is detected and needs follow-up.
