• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Insurance industry.
• Handling Placement activities – Policy booking, Quality check, EB benchmarking presentation, Policy issuance and placement.
• Underwriting – Review and correction of risk, Suggestions on new-add on covers, policy audit report and blowing out USP in proposal.
• Techno-Marketing – Accompanying sales team for critical renewals and new clients.
• Elaborating on coverages and helping sales for closure.
• Cross-sell and Up-sell to prospective clients
• Brokerage Maximization – Renewal policy placement as well as fresh policy placement.
• Negotiation with Insurers for better brokerage and reconciliation.
• Client meeting for handling customer queries and escalations.
• Training on products – RFQ, Quote preparation.
• Generation of related Reports and MIS.
