Loss caused by the insured person engaging in dangerous activities or tasks.
Terrorism-related Losses
Excludes coverage for loss or damage resulting from acts of terrorism.
Kidnapping-related Losses
Does not cover losses, damages, or expenses due to kidnapping incidents.
Atmospheric Changes
Excludes damage or loss caused by changes in weather conditions or atmospheric factors.
Delays in Delivery & Exposure Judgment
Does not cover delays in delivery or damages arising from exposure to negative films.
Evaporation, Vermin, and Wear & Tear
Excludes losses from evaporation, vermin, dust contamination, and natural wear and tear.
Short Circuit & Prop Set Shortages
Does not cover losses due to short circuits or shortages of props and sets.
Third-Party Liability and Building Damage
Excludes liability under the Motor Vehicle Act and damage to buildings not directly related to production activities.
- If the appropriate waiver is not opted for, then the policy will not cover
- Treatment of pre-existing illnesses.
- Any treatment for illnesses/diseases within the first 30 days of the policy, unless it is an accident.
- Treatment of specified illnesses for the first year of the policy.
- Certain diseases like hernia, cataract, piles, sinusitis, etc are excluded during the first year of operation in the cover.
- Any claim arising out of or traceable to pregnancy.
- Ayurvedic, homeopathy, naturopathy or any other form of local medication.
- Alcoholism, drug abuse, and AIDS.
- Dental treatment or surgery unless it requires hospitalization.
- Cost of spectacles.
- Vaccination and inoculation.
- Cosmetic treatment.
